MBG was established by select members of the Mon Entrepreneurs Association (MEA-Mon) in Mon State, who developed strategic business plans with the shared vision of collaborating as a corporate partnership. The organization was founded with the following core objectives:
- To partner with and support local communities by establishing systematic frameworks and facilitating investments for business expansion.

To invest in the human capital and technologies essential for the future.

To assist Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in successfully transitioning into corporate entities.

To foster the emergence of numerous community-based public enterprises in the future.
Consequently, we established the Mon Business Group (MBG) Company Limited by uniting local entrepreneurs and other business professionals. The group was initially formed on April 8, 2025, at the MEA office, comprising an 10-member Board of Directors and a total of 39 shareholders.
Subsequently, the company was officially incorporated and legally registered on July 15, 2025, under Company Registration.
Following this, in consultation with Legal Advisor, we drafted the Corporate Constitution of Mon Business Group (MBG) Co., Ltd., comprising 15 chapters, 82 articles, and 36 pages. Following a series of meetings to review, amend, and finalize the document, we successfully convened a formal ratification ceremony on July 2, 2025, to officially approve the Constitution.
